AI video translation
A video filmed in French, published in German, English and Italian, in your own voice. AI dubbing costs a fraction of studio dubbing.
What we do
Original voice
The speaker’s voice is reproduced in the target language.
Lip sync
Lip movements are adjusted to the new language.
Subtitles
Subtitle files delivered for each language.
Your video, in other languages, in your own voice
In Switzerland, a video in French only reaches part of your audience. Studio dubbing is expensive and slow, and subtitles alone are hard to read on a phone.
AI dubbing recreates the speaker's voice in the target language and adjusts lip movement. The result: the same person, speaking German, English or Italian, with their own tone and intonation.
We don't hand over a raw file straight out of the software. We prepare the transcript, have the translation reviewed, check every version and fix anything that sounds wrong. We also produce the videos themselves, in Lausanne and French-speaking Switzerland, since 2018.
How dubbing with the original voice works
The video is first transcribed, with speakers told apart. The transcript is translated, then reviewed to correct trade terms, proper names and phrasing that is too literal.
AI then generates the new audio track in each speaker's voice and adapts lip movement to the new language. We check the result shot by shot before delivery.
- Transcription with speakers identified
- Translation reviewed by a person
- Voice recreated in the target language
- Lips synced to the new track
- Final check, with subtitles delivered

Which videos is it for?
AI dubbing is especially useful when the same video needs to reach several language regions or customers abroad, without reshooting.
It works best with one or two people speaking to camera with clean sound: an interview, a message from management, a tutorial, a customer testimonial.
- Events: speeches, talks, video highlights
- Training: tutorials, onboarding, safety instructions
- Social media: Reels and short videos in several languages
- Internal communication for multilingual teams
- Company or product presentations for export

Languages and deliverables
Switzerland's national languages and English are the most requested, but many other languages are possible. For each language, you receive the dubbed video and the subtitle file.
If the video contains on-screen text (titles, figures, names), we can also adapt it in the edit so every version is consistent.
- German, Italian, English and other languages on request
- Dubbed video in high definition, in formats suited to social media
- Subtitle files for each language
- On-screen text adapted in the edit

The limits, honestly
AI dubbing isn't magic. It gives very good results with a clear voice speaking to camera; it is less convincing with loud music, several people talking at once or a face filmed in profile.
We tell you before we start, and suggest the right alternative: carefully made subtitles, a voice-over or a short reshoot. A person's voice is only recreated with their consent.
- Ideal: one or two people, facing the camera, clean sound
- Harder: loud music, overlapping voices, profile shots
- Written consent from everyone whose voice is recreated
- Every translation reviewed by a person

Frequently asked questions
How does AI video translation with the original voice work?
The video is transcribed, translated and reviewed. AI then generates the track in the new language in the speaker's voice and adjusts lip movement. We check the result before delivery.
Is AI dubbing cheaper than studio dubbing?
Generally yes, by a clear margin: there are no voice actors or studio to book, and several languages can be produced from the same transcript. The price depends on length, number of languages and number of speakers.
Which languages are available?
German, Italian, English and many other languages. We have translations reviewed for the languages that matter most to you.
Do we need consent from the person on screen?
Yes. A person's voice is only recreated with their written consent. It's a matter of image and voice rights, and of trust.
Which videos are least suited to AI dubbing?
Videos with loud music, several people talking at once or faces filmed in profile. In those cases we usually recommend subtitles or a voice-over instead.
Do you also deliver subtitles?
Yes, a subtitle file is delivered for each language, alongside the dubbed video.
