We work discreetly, without getting in the way of speakers or guests, and we know the constraints of event venues: low light, coloured stage lighting, a programme that changes at the last minute.
Before the event
Good coverage is planned. A few days before, we go through the programme with you: speech times, awards, group photo, partners and sponsors to feature, key people not to miss.
We visit the venue when possible, or ask for photos and a floor plan, so we can plan lighting, camera positions and sound from the lectern.
You receive a simple coverage plan that your team can keep to hand on the day.

We photograph speakers on stage, conversations between guests, audience reactions and the overall atmosphere. The best event pictures are often the ones showing people talking, laughing or listening.
We are used to dim rooms and coloured stage lighting, without intrusive flash during speeches.

Details, partners and group photos
An event is also the décor, the buffet, a cake in your colours, gifts from partners. These details matter to your sponsors and to your future communications.
We set aside time for group and team photos in a spot chosen in advance, a terrace overlooking the lake for instance. A few minutes are enough when everything is ready.

On the day: video
We film talks in full, with sound recorded directly from the speakers’ microphones. These recordings serve your archive, your website or anyone who could not attend.

How soon do we get the event photos?
A selection of photos can be delivered within 24 hours, so you can post the next day. The full gallery follows within the timeframe agreed in the quote.
Do we need a photographer and a videographer, or is one person enough?
For a small event, one person can cover photo or video. For both, or for an event with many guests and several rooms, we recommend two people. We will advise based on your programme.
Can you film the talks in full?
Yes. We record speeches continuously, with sound taken from the speaker’s microphone, and can deliver each talk as a separate file.
What goes into the recap film?
The highlights of the event: extracts from speeches, atmosphere, interviews with guests and partners, in a few minutes. A short version of about one minute is included for social media.
Can speeches be translated into other languages?
Yes, with subtitles or with AI video translation, which has the speaker talk in another language in their own voice.
Do you travel outside Lausanne?
