Introduction to AI

AI takes hours of repetitive work off your plate, provided you know how to use it. Our workshops start from your real work, not generic demos.

What we do

  • Discovery workshop

Understand what AI does well, what it does badly, and try it on your own documents.

  • Uses by role

Writing, document summaries, emails, research, translation, images.

  • Privacy

Which data to entrust to which tool, in line with the Swiss FADP (nLPD).

  • Setup

Choosing tools, team accounts, internal rules.

  • Follow-up

A check-in a few weeks later to make the new habits stick.

Hands-on workshops, built around your own tasks

Most teams have already tried ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. A few use them every day, others gave up after a wrong answer, and nobody is quite sure what data they're allowed to put in.

Our workshops start from your real work: your emails, your quotes, your minutes, your documents in German. Every participant leaves with uses they can apply the next day, and with clear rules on what should never be handed to AI.

We come to your offices in Lausanne, Vaud, Geneva and across French-speaking Switzerland, or run sessions online. Workshops are given in French, English or Russian, for small teams and management alike.

Write faster without losing your voice

Quotes, customer replies, job ads, LinkedIn posts: AI produces a first draft in seconds. You still need to give it the right context, and to reread what it writes.

We show how to write an effective prompt, how to give it your own examples so it picks up your tone, and how to spot empty phrasing or made-up claims.

  • Replies to tricky or repetitive emails
  • Quotes and service descriptions
  • Copy for your website, LinkedIn or a newsletter
  • Proofreading and editing your own texts

Summarise documents and meetings

A 40-page report, a call for tenders, the minutes of a general meeting: AI pulls out the essentials in a minute. The risk is trusting it without checking.

In the workshop, everyone works on a document from their own day-to-day. We learn to ask for a useful summary (decisions, figures, deadlines), then to check it against the original text.

  • Summary of a tender or a contract
  • Key points of a report or study
  • Minutes from notes or a transcript
  • Comparing two versions of a document

Translate and work across languages

In Switzerland, a business in Romandy often deals with customers or suppliers in German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino or abroad. AI translates well, as long as you tell it the register, the trade vocabulary and the audience.

We show the right habits: translate with context, keep a glossary of your terms, and have important texts reviewed by someone who speaks the language.

  • Emails in German or English, in the right register
  • Product sheets and terms in several languages
  • A glossary of your trade terms
  • What should still be reviewed by a person

Research and prepare a decision

Preparing a meeting, comparing suppliers, getting to grips with a new regulation: AI helps clear the ground, provided you check its sources.

We learn to tell what AI knows from what it makes up, to ask it for sources, and to use the web search built into recent tools.

  • Preparing a customer meeting or interview
  • Comparing offers or suppliers
  • Understanding a law or standard, then checking
  • Spotting a made-up answer

Confidentiality rules

It's often the question that holds everything up: what can we put into ChatGPT? Customer data, salaries, contracts, medical files? The answer depends on the tool, the plan and its settings.

We help you set simple rules suited to your business and to the Swiss Data Protection Act (nFADP): which tools are allowed, with which type of account, and what data must never go in. It all fits on one page everyone understands.

  • Free, paid and business accounts: the differences
  • Settings to stop your data being used
  • Data never to enter: your company’s list
  • A one-page policy for the whole team

Roll-out and follow-up

One workshop isn't enough to change habits. After the training, we can help you choose tools, set up team accounts and prepare ready-to-use prompts for your recurring tasks.

A few weeks later, we check in: what is being used, what isn’t, what questions have come up. When a task comes up too often, we can also automate it.

  • Choosing tools and plans
  • Team accounts and privacy settings
  • A library of prompts for your tasks
  • A follow-up session a few weeks later

How it works

  1. 1

    Initial call

We get to know your team, its tasks and the tools already in use.

  2. 2

    Preparation

We build the exercises from your documents, anonymised if needed.

  3. 3

    Workshop

In a small group, on computers, everyone practises on their own tasks.

  4. 4

    Follow-up

    A confidentiality policy, ready-to-use prompts and a check-in a few weeks later.

Frequently asked questions

Who are your AI training sessions for?

Small businesses, associations and management teams in French-speaking Switzerland, including complete beginners. Workshops are built around your work, not around the technology.

Which tools do you use in training?

The ones you use or are considering: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude and others. We help you choose based on your needs and confidentiality.

Can we use ChatGPT with customer data?

It depends on the type of account and the settings. With a free account, it's best not to. We help you define rules that comply with the nFADP and suit your business.

Is the training held on site?

On site in Lausanne, Vaud, Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland, or online. Workshops are given in French, English or Russian.

How long is a workshop?

It depends on your team and goals: half a day to get started, longer to go deeper by role. We suggest a programme after a first conversation.

What happens after the workshop?

We can set up the tools, write a usage policy and hold a follow-up session. If a task comes up too often, we can automate it.

Got a project? Let’s talk.

Is a task taking up too much of your time? Describe it in a few lines and we will come back with a concrete idea and a price. The first conversation is free.
